For the services listed below we are available whenever you need us – nights, weekends and holidays!
Showing Assistance
First Showing: $50. For each additional showing in the same tour: $25.
Contract Prep
Prepare OTP(NC2T), collect buyers signatures and submit to list Agent: $50.
Additional doc prep services may be available upon request.
Due Diligence or Earnest Money
Pickup or Dropoff: $35
Place sign and lockbox: $35
Retrieve sign and lockbox: $35
Follow-up showing after Under Contract
In case of measurements, showings to family members: $35
Contract to Close
Complete Contract to Close: $350
Total Transaction management:
-All document prep and submission to appropriate parties.
-Assist with scheduling inspections and repairs.
-Accompany buyer clients on visits to contract property.
-Attend closing if needed (per availability).
-Pickup and deliver commission check.
